Software developer

As a software developer, you will design and implement software for our customers in various industries. You will be working as part of their own product development team. However, you are first and foremost a Tickingbot employee and your colleagues will support you in your tasks. We have experienced IT veterans and quick-witted young professionals who all share a common appreciation for a high quality. We are a growing company, and, in the future, we aim to take more overall responsibility and make complete project deliveries to our customers.

You will succeed in your job if you are analytical and have good problem-solving skills. You are interested in variety of and you follow the development of the industry. You have programming experience from hobbies and / or work. You might be mostly interest in hardware programming, industrial system software, or back-end SW for example. You have a keen interest in customer needs and their specific industry to help the customer in the best possible way. High quality code will bring you inner joy and you are willing to further develop and share your skills. In addition, you are capable expressing yourself in English (orally and in writing).

Our recruiting process starts with a short discussion where we want to hear about you, your interests and career wishes and tell you more about Tickingbot. When our strategy and your wishes and plans share a common goal, we offer you a code test (duration about 2 hours) and a technical interview with our tech expert. We aim to have a swift recruiting process.
