Benefits we offer employees

Epassi Flex

Employees receive the Epassi Flex benefit, which can be used for exercise and culture, massage, dental care, health services or commuting.

Benefits buffet

We believe everyone should be able to choose the benefit that suits them best. Our benefits buffet is worth €100 per month and can be selected as a lunch benefit on top of salary, an additional commuting benefit, home internet access or two extra days of annual leave.

Phone benefit

We provide a traditional phone benefit. We pay the phone bill and, when needed, buy a phone for the employee. Our low bureaucracy shows here too: you can choose the kind of phone you would buy with your own money.

Golf simulator

You do not have to play golf to work at Tickingbot. For golfers, our facilities include a self-built golf simulator available all year round.

Company lunch

We meet for a company lunch approximately every six weeks. We also organise a summer party and a Christmas party.
